User agreement

General provisions

This agreement governs the use of the VPluse VPN digital service, site, installed web application, Telegram bot, personal account, installation pages and related functions.

Using the service confirms acceptance of these terms and, when paying, the purchase terms. The privacy policy explains data processing separately. It does not replace separate consent when required by law.

Subject matter of the agreement

VPluse VPN provides the user with digital access to the VPN service through the site, Telegram bot, personal account and connection instructions.

You are responsible for using the service lawfully, keeping your sign-in methods secure and respecting the device limit chosen at checkout.

Each slot has an individual key. A key is intended for one device. Sharing keys with third parties is prohibited.

Rights and responsibilities

VPluse VPN undertakes to provide paid digital access for the selected period, maintain available connection methods and report significant changes to the service.

The user is obliged to provide correct contact details, not to transfer closed links and keys to outsiders, independently protect their login methods and promptly apply for support if an error is detected.

The user has the right to view the status of the subscription, manage the keys issued to the devices, receive payment information and apply for support without transferring a private configuration.

Restrictions on use

Do not use the service for spam, fraud, network attacks, mass scanning, bypassing plan limits or sharing access beyond your paid device limit.

If there are signs of abuse, access may be temporarily restricted pending proceedings through support.

Payment and access

Access activates only after payment provider confirmation or trial activation under an explicitly stated promotion. Returning from the payment page does not itself confirm payment.

If you paid but cannot access your subscription, contact support with the safe reference number, payment time and payment method. Do not send private configurations.

Duration and termination

The agreement is valid from the moment of the first use of the service and remains valid as long as the user uses VPluse VPN or has a valid subscription.

Access ends when the paid period expires. Revoking an individual device only disables its key and does not cancel your remaining subscription time.

VPluse VPN may restrict or terminate access in case of breach of agreement, abuse of the service, attempt to bypass limits or threat to the security of the infrastructure.

Liability

Availability depends on the technical capabilities of networks, devices, carriers and third-party platforms. Temporary restrictions in those systems do not imply a guarantee that every route will always remain available.

The parties are liable within the limits of the applicable law and confirmed actual damage; the user is responsible for the actions performed through the login methods confirmed by him and the keys issued to him.

Modification of conditions

VPluse VPN may update its interface, plans, instructions and connection methods. Significant changes are published in the Telegram bot or on the public service pages.

Continuing to use the service after the update means agreeing to the current version of the rules.
